This full-scale kitchen renovation was designed to transform an outdated, underperforming space into a highly functional and visually cohesive centerpiece of the home. The original layout lacked efficiency, limited natural light, and did not reflect the level of craftsmanship or design the homeowners were seeking.

Our team reimagined the space from the ground up – beginning with full demolition and structural reframing to introduce a more open, intentional layout and improved connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. New windows and expanded sightlines brought in natural light, while upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems ensured long-term performance. The removal of an unused fireplace allowed for more usable space and a cleaner overall flow.

Custom interior carpentry became a defining feature of the project, including a built-in dining bench, tailored pantry storage, a TV surround, and a handcrafted dining table – creating a balance of function and character. The kitchen itself was elevated with custom cabinetry, expansive island seating, refined countertops, and a full-height backsplash, while warm hardwood flooring and detailed trim work carried a cohesive aesthetic throughout.

The result is a bright, highly functional space that supports both everyday living and entertaining – delivering a polished, coastal-inspired design built around quality craftsmanship and intentional detail.
