On-Site Consultation

For projects that move forward, we schedule an in-home consultation to walk the space, explore possibilities, and confirm feasibility.

The consultation is valued at $600 and credited back when you move forward.

Design or Pre-Construction

Layouts are refined. Details resolved. Engineering coordinated if needed. Selections finalized and pricing locked.

This phase removes guesswork and protects the build.

Clear Proposal

A detailed, fixed-price proposal outlining full scope and cost.
