This kitchen renovation was designed to transform a dated, disconnected space into a warm, inviting hub for everyday living and entertaining. The existing layout lacked both functionality and character, so the project focused on improving flow while introducing a more intentional and cohesive design.

We reworked the space to incorporate custom cabinetry, a large central island, and dedicated zones for prep, gathering, and storage. A built-in beverage station and pantry elements added convenience, while new finishes and millwork created a layered, custom feel throughout.

A key upgrade was the installation of radiant floor heating beneath the tile, bringing a level of comfort that completely changes how the space is experienced – especially in colder months. This allowed us to pair durable stone flooring with a warm, livable feel underfoot.

The final result is a kitchen that balances richness and warmth with clean, classic detailing – where deep tones, natural textures, and thoughtful lighting come together to create a space that feels both elevated and effortlessly lived-in.
