This project involved a comprehensive transformation of an existing home, combining thoughtful reconfiguration of the first floor with the addition of new living space on the second level.

On the main floor, The kitchen and bathroom were tastefully updated to maximize the little space it had. Keeping the charm was the owner’s intent. Capturing some additional closet space to maximize the use of a new master bedroom added to some of the selective design choices we made.

Throughout the first floor, existing hardwoods were refinished, trim profiles were simplified, and new lighting and mechanical systems were introduced to bring the home up to modern standards.

The second-floor renovation included the addition of a dormer, allowing for two new bedrooms and a full bathroom. This expansion not only increased usable square footage but significantly improved the overall livability of the home.

The result is a cohesive, thoughtfully updated residence that blends architectural character with modern functionality – demonstrating how strategic design and craftsmanship can transform both space and experience.
