Project Description:

This full home renovation transformed a dated, segmented house into a bright, open-concept coastal retreat designed for modern living and effortless entertaining. The original layout lacked flow, natural light, and functional gathering spaces, making the home feel disconnected and underutilized.

Through extensive structural modifications – including the removal of load-bearing walls and outdated fireplace elements – we reimagined the main living areas into a seamless, open environment connecting the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Large windows and doors were integrated to enhance natural light and strengthen the home’s connection to its surrounding waterfront setting.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen was redesigned as a central gathering space, featuring custom cabinetry, expansive island seating, and clean, refined finishes that balance durability with elevated design. Adjacent spaces were thoughtfully enhanced with a custom dry bar, built-in media wall, and tailored storage solutions to support both everyday living and entertaining.

Throughout the home, all major systems – including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and a full-home generator – were upgraded to deliver long-term performance and reliability. Bathrooms were fully renovated with a clean, coastal aesthetic, incorporating layered textures and custom tile work for a polished yet relaxed feel.

The result is a fully reimagined home that feels cohesive, functional, and intentionally designed – bringing together modern systems, custom craftsmanship, and a warm coastal aesthetic that reflects both the home’s setting and the client’s lifestyle.
