This master suite renovation transformed an outdated bathroom and walk-in closet into a cohesive, spa-like retreat designed to fully embrace the home’s waterfront setting.

The project included a complete reconfiguration of the existing layout, along with structural and finish upgrades that elevated both functionality and architectural presence. Inside the bathroom, the layout was reimagined to create a bright, open environment centered around a freestanding soaking tub positioned to capture expansive water views. A custom glass-enclosed shower with integrated bench seating and a heated floor system enhances comfort, while double vanities featuring natural wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and polished plumbing fixtures provide both warmth and durability.

Architectural details – including exposed wood ceiling beams, custom lighting, and refined trim work – were incorporated to add depth and character, elevating the space beyond a standard renovation.

The walk-in closet was fully redesigned with custom built-ins, creating a highly organized and functional extension of the suite that seamlessly connects to the bathroom.

What was once a segmented and underutilized layout is now a unified master suite that prioritizes flow, comfort, and ease of use. Enhanced storage, improved circulation, and thoughtful design details contribute to a space that feels both luxurious and highly livable – ultimately increasing both the functionality and long-term value of the home.
